What's included in every tier?
Your data belongs to you — GDPR-compliant export at any time as CSV or JSON. Hosting in Germany (Hetzner). Automatic backups. No vendor lock-in.
What does migration from iQUEST / Excel look like?
We import horses, contacts and boarding contracts via CSV — templates are downloadable from the app. With the Stable tier we handle the setup with you; expect a 30-60 minute phone onboarding.
Where is my data stored?
All data hosted in Germany at Hetzner Online, ISO/IEC 27001 certified data center. No third-country transfers to the USA or elsewhere. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available within 24 hours.
What's the minimum contract length?
No minimum term. Cancel anytime by the end of the month. For yearly prepayment we refund the unused portion pro rata.
